Virtual Group Fitness Instructor

**Job Title:** Virtual Group Instructor **Company:** RAWXKAYY Personal Training LLC **Position Overview** The Virtual Group Instructor is responsible for leading high\-energy, structured online training sessions that deliver results, build community, and uphold the RAWXKAYY standard. This role requires strong communication, presence, and the ability to coach multiple participants at once while maintaining engagement, safety, and proper execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead **live virtual group training sessions** with energy, structure, and professionalism * Demonstrate and coach exercises with **clear instruction and proper form cues** * Provide real\-time **modifications and progressions** for different fitness levels * Monitor participant engagement, effort, and movement quality during sessions * Create a **positive, motivating, and inclusive environment** * Ensure all sessions align with the **RAWXKAYY training system and standards** * Communicate with clients before and after sessions as needed * Support overall **client experience, retention, and community building** **Qualifications** * Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA, NASM, ACE, or equivalent preferred) * Strong understanding of **strength training, conditioning, and movement mechanics** * Experience leading **group training (virtual or in\-person preferred)** * Excellent communication and coaching skills * High energy, confidence, and ability to command a virtual room * Reliable internet connection and professional virtual setup **Core Competencies** * Leadership and presence * Clear and effective communication * Adaptability and quick decision\-making * Attention to movement quality and safety * Ability to motivate and engage multiple clients simultaneously **Expectations \& Standards** * Show up **prepared, on time, and professional** for every session * Maintain **high energy and engagement throughout the entire class** * Uphold RAWXKAYY’s values of **Results, Alignment, and Wellness** * Prioritize **client safety, experience, and results** * Continuously improve coaching ability and session delivery **Role Objective** To deliver structured, results\-driven virtual group sessions that not only improve performance and fitness, but also create a strong sense of **community, accountability, and consistency** within RAWXKAYY. Pay: $27\.43 \- $33\.03 per hour Work Location: Remote
