Remote Contract (7 months 5 days) Published 35 minutes ago Business Analysis Power BI documentation skills Data Migration ERP Transformation SQL Mulesoft SIT/UAT testing product management api design We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst / Technical Product Manager to lead and support the end\-to\-end migration from Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) to Oracle ERP. This role requires a blend of functional expertise, technical acumen, and product management capabilities to ensure a smooth transition, optimization of business processes, and successful adoption of Oracle ERP solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** ERP Transformation \& Migration: * Lead the migration strategy and execution from Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) to Oracle ERP (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle EBS). * Conduct current\-state (AS\-IS) assessments of GP systems and design future\-state (TO\-BE) Oracle ERP solutions. * Define data migration strategy, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems. Business Analysis \& Process Optimization: * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and related domains. * Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. * Identify process improvements and recommend best practices aligned with Oracle ERP capabilities. * Facilitate workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions. Technical Product Management: * Own product backlog for ERP transformation initiatives and prioritize features based on business value. * Define product roadmap and milestones for ERP implementation and enhancements. * Work closely with engineering, vendors, and system integrators to deliver scalable solutions. * Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams. System Integration \& Architecture: * Design integration approaches between Oracle ERP and external systems (e.g., HR, CRM, data warehouses). * Collaborate with technical architects on API design, middleware, and data flows. * Ensure system scalability, performance, and security compliance. Testing \& Deployment: * Oversee test planning and execution (SIT, UAT, regression testing). * Validate migrated data and ensure accuracy and completeness. * Support go\-live planning, cutover activities, and post\-implementation stabilization. Stakeholder Management: * Act as a bridge between business users, IT, and external vendors. * Provide regular status updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to leadership. * Manage expectations and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders. Change Management \& Training: * Support organizational change management initiatives. * Develop training materials and conduct end\-user training sessions. * Ensure user adoption and continuous improvement post\-implementation. **Required Qualifications**: * 5\-10\+ years of experience in ERP systems, with hands\-on experience in: * Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) * Oracle ERP (Fusion or EBS) * Proven experience in ERP migration or transformation projects. * Strong understanding of financial systems (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.). * Experience in data migration tools, SQL, and integration technologies. **Preferred Qualifications**: * Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) modules. * Certifications in Oracle ERP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum. * Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft). * Knowledge of reporting tools (BI, Oracle Analytics, Power BI). The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39\.30/hour \- $61\.40/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
