SENIOR PRODUCT SPECIALIST

**Location: Fully remote (candidates must be based in the U.S. and able to work EST)** **Job Type: Full\-time W2 Contract** **Duration: 1\-year** **Compensation Range: $35 \- 40 per hour** Cella is seeking a **Senior Product Specialist** to join a high\-impact team within the eCommerce and Digital Marketing space for a leading healthcare industry client. This role offers a unique "center\-of\-the\-action" perspective, where you will directly influence the product roadmap for major digital initiatives. You will act as the vital link between stakeholders, IT, and creative teams (Design and Copy), ensuring that complex digital visions are translated into actionable results. **Responsibilities:** In this role, you will manage the day\-to\-day operational heartbeat of digital solutions. A "day in the life" includes: * **Strategic Support:** Partnering with Product Owners on the Product \& Search team to execute high\-priority digital initiatives within a diverse portfolio. * **Agile Documentation:** Capturing critical decisions, action items, and technical recaps from daily Standups and Core Hour working sessions to keep all teams aligned. * **Workflow Management:** Translating team decisions into detailed **JIRA tasks** for Designers, Copywriters, and Business Analysts (BA). * **Product Development:** Assisting with Discovery work and the creation of **Epics** to define the future of the product roadmap. * **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Working seamlessly with internal business units, external vendors, and IT technical teams to meet strategic deadlines. * **Backlog \& Planning:** Helping prioritize the product feature backlog and development cycles based on business value and ROI. * **Quality Assurance:** Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assisting with product release plans to ensure seamless delivery of new functionalities. * **Stakeholder Relations:** Communicating upcoming feature releases to stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) while advocating for the end\-user. **Qualifications:** * Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Communication: Outstanding presentation and leadership skills with the ability to balance business needs with customer advocacy. * Organizational Mastery: Exceptional time management and a hawk\-like attention to detail for capturing notes and decisions in real\-time. * Analytical Thinking: Sharp problem\-solving skills and a creative vision to anticipate project bottlenecks. * Technical Familiarity: Prior experience in a Product Owner role or within a digital field is a major plus. * Methodology: Knowledge of Agile processes and principles or a background in Project Management is highly desirable. * Soft Skills: A positive attitude, a vision\-oriented mindset, and a genuine excitement to learn within a fast\-evolving digital landscape.
