### **Description** **TeleSolv Consulting** is seeking a senior\-level **Project Manager (Acquisitions)** to lead high\-impact federal acquisition support services in a fully remote environment. This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be U.S.\-based and able to work standard Eastern Time business hours. The **Project Manager (Acquisitions)** plays a critical leadership role in driving the execution of complex federal acquisition programs. This position serves as the primary interface with Government acquisition stakeholders and ensures all acquisition deliverables are complete, compliant, and aligned with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency requirements. The role requires hands\-on expertise in acquisition execution, strong leadership capability, and the ability to manage high\-performing teams in fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environments. This position supports Government acquisition operations by overseeing the full lifecycle of procurement activities—from planning and documentation through evaluation, award, and contract administration—ensuring mission success through disciplined execution and quality control.### **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary point of contact for Government Acquisition Operations Teams, coordinating directly with Contracting Officers, Program Offices, and stakeholders. * Lead acquisition planning efforts, including drafting Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Objectives (SOO), and evaluation plans. * Conduct executive\-level briefings, kickoff meetings, status updates, and acquisition workshops. * Oversee and approve acquisition deliverables such as acquisition plans, solicitation packages, market research reports, evaluation documentation, and source selection materials. * Ensure all deliverables are compliant with FAR, internally consistent, and ready for submission on the first review. * Manage workload distribution and performance across cross\-functional acquisition teams, ensuring timely and high\-quality outputs. * Lead Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) and facilitate collaboration across contracting, program, and stakeholder groups. * Apply Agile methodologies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog management) to acquisition workflows. * Oversee the full acquisition lifecycle, including planning, requirements development, solicitation, evaluation support, and contract administration. * Identify procurement risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive proactive resolution of issues impacting cost, schedule, or performance. * Track procurement milestones, risks, and workload status using tools such as MS Project and reporting dashboards. * Provide executive\-level reporting and maintain visibility into acquisition performance and funding alignment. * Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence methodologies. * Lead lessons learned sessions and maintain acquisition templates, tools, and standardized documentation. * Support training initiatives and ensure knowledge transfer across acquisition teams. ### **Qualifications:** * Must be a U.S. Citizen. * Bachelor’s degree required. * Minimum 10 years of federal acquisition experience (1102\-equivalent). * At least 5 years of project management experience leading delivery (not coordination). * Demonstrated experience supporting Contracting Offices, Program Offices, or Acquisition Management organizations. * Proven experience reviewing and approving acquisition deliverables. * Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. * Strong working knowledge and direct application of FAR and agency supplements, including FAR Part 34\. * Experience with major system acquisitions, IT/information systems acquisitions, and service contracting. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint/M365\. * Experience using MS Project (required) and Power BI (preferred). * Strong technical writing and document review skills, with the ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and compliance risks. * Demonstrated leadership in managing cross\-functional teams and Integrated Project Teams (IPTs). * Ability to operate independently in high\-pressure, fast\-paced environments with multiple concurrent acquisitions. * Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executive\-level stakeholders. * Preferred certifications: FAC\-C (Professional) or DAWIA Level III, PMP, Lean Six Sigma. ### **About TeleSolv Consulting** Since its establishment in 2000, TeleSolv Consulting has been committed to helping organizations solve complex problems.
