WHiZPRO PLUMBER is hiring a high\-performance On\-Call Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle inbound customer calls, book plumbing service appointments, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a remote, performance\-based role designed for someone who is responsive, professional, sales\-minded, and able to operate with urgency.
Unlike traditional customer service jobs, this role has relatively low active call volume, averaging approximately 5–6 active work hours per week. However, consistent availability and fast response times are critical. In exchange, we offer a highly competitive on\-call compensation structure**, along** with additional performance incentives.

**CompensationWeekly Pay Structure**
* Guaranteed $300/week on\-call compensation
* \+$5 per booked service call
* \+$5 per verified 5\-star customer review generated through follow\-up
* Additional incentives and bonus opportunities tied to:
* Lead recovery
* Follow\-up sales
* Customer conversion
* Lead generation
**Schedule \& Availability**
You must be available during the following hours:
* **Saturday \& Sunday: All Day Availability**
* **Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM**
This role offers flexibility and independence, but requires immediate responsiveness to inbound calls and customer inquiries during scheduled availability.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound customer calls quickly and professionally
* Respond to all incoming leads within 2 minutes
* Convert inbound calls into booked plumbing service appointments
* Schedule same\-day or next\-available service calls
* Gather complete customer information
* Maintain accurate CRM documentation in Housecall Pro
* Follow company call scripts and booking procedures
* Follow up with all unbooked leads (minimum of 2 follow\-up attempts)
* Communicate clearly with technicians and dispatch
* Deliver a professional, high\-level customer experience on every interaction
**Performance Standards (KPIs)**
Successful team members are expected to maintain:
* 95%\+ call answer rate
* Under 45\-second average response time
* 70–90%\+ booking conversion rate
* 100% completed customer profiles and call documentation
* 100% follow\-up completion on unbooked leads
**QualificationsRequired**
* Strong phone presence
* Clear, confident, and professional communication
* Fast response time and strong attention to detail
* Sales\-oriented mindset with the ability to guide customers toward booking
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
* Dependable and available during scheduled shifts
**Preferred Experience**
Experience in any of the following is highly preferred:
* Customer Service Representative (CSR)
* Dispatcher
* Call Center Representative
* Appointment Setter
* Scheduling Coordinator
* Plumbing, HVAC, or home service industries
Experience with service CRMs such as:
* Housecall Pro
* ServiceTitan
* Jobber
* FieldEdge
* is a strong plus.
