Status: Contracted PRN (as needed)
Location: Remote with Travel as Required
**Job Overview**
The **Director of Training and Development** will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of all training programs for staff, leadership, and program teams across all markets. This role ensures that all team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to deliver exceptional youth programming aligned with organizational standards, mission, and faith\-based values.
**Position Overview**
The **Director of Training and Development** is responsible for creating scalable training systems that support national and international expansion. This includes assisting with onboarding, leadership development, staff training, and ongoing professional development initiatives to ensure consistency, excellence, and growth across all locations.
For 2026 our youth programs are expanding in 10 markets nationwide which include Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Dallas, Houston, Detroit, Knoxville, Greensboro, San Diego, and NYC.

We are seeking a joyful, passionate, and dedicated leader with a heart for people and evangelism, combined with expertise in training, leadership development, and team building. This individual will be committed to equipping others, strengthening teams, and helping advance our mission while spreading the message of Christ nationally and internationally.
**Key Responsibilities**
\-Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all staff, leadership, and program teams
\-Lead onboarding and orientation processes for new hires across all departments and markets
\-Create standardized training materials, manuals, and digital resources
\-Oversee leadership development initiatives for team members and emerging leaders
\-Ensure consistency in program delivery, policies, and organizational standards across all locations
\-Coordinate and lead training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning experiences
\-Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and performance gaps
\-Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback
\-Support expansion efforts by preparing new markets with structured training systems
\-Ensure all training aligns with organizational mission, faith values, and brand standards
**Work Expectations**
This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. The Director will work closely with leadership and staff to ensure all teams are well\-trained, confident, and equipped to deliver high\-quality programming across multiple markets.
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in training, development, education, or leadership coaching
* Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills with attention to detail
* Ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams across multiple locations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Experience creating training materials and structured programs
* Willingness to travel periodically
**Schedule \& Compensation**
Contracted\- As needed hours (flexible scheduling based on program needs)
Compensation based on experience and scope of responsibility
