AP Calculus and STEM Tutor

You will primarily support students through the AP Calculus curriculum while providing foundational support in Pre\-Calculus and related mathematics. **Duties** * Guide students through AP Calculus AB/BC and related STEM subjects. * Develop customized lesson plans and curriculum materials tailored to individual student needs and learning styles * Incorporate cutting\-edge learning technology and digital tools to enhance understanding and engagement * Assess student progress regularly through formative assessments and provide constructive feedback * Collaborate with students to set academic goals and create actionable study strategies **Skills** * Expertise in curriculum development for STEM subjects across various education levels * Strong knowledge of math topics including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Differential Equations, Discrete Math, and Statistics * Proficiency with learning technology platforms and digital educational tools * Skilled in tutoring students of all ages with diverse backgrounds and learning needs * Effective classroom management skills to maintain an organized and motivating environment * Excellent communication abilities for working with children, students in higher education * Adept at lesson planning that aligns with curriculum standards and student objectives * Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, microbiology, genetics, biochemistry or related sciences is a plus for interdisciplinary teaching support * Strong computer skills including data structures understanding and software applications relevant to education This position is an excellent opportunity for motivated educators passionate about STEM fields who want to make a difference while advancing their teaching career.
