**3D Lash \& Brow Academy** **Lead Educator (Lash \+ Esthetics) – Streamed Instruction Role** **Location:** Dallas, TX / Hybrid (In\-Studio \+ Virtual Delivery) **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Teaching Format:** Live Stream \+ Recorded Instruction **About the Role** 3D Lash \& Brow Academy is seeking a Lead Educator to serve as the primary voice of our curriculum across multiple campuses. This is not a traditional instructor role. This is a high\-impact, performance\-based teaching position responsible for delivering consistent, structured, and engaging instruction in both lash and esthetics programs through live\-streamed and recorded classes. This role is focused on teaching and delivery. It does not include managing operations or modifying curriculum. The ideal candidate will execute the curriculum with precision and professionalism. **Key Responsibilities** **Deliver Instruction** * Teach daily lectures for lash and esthetics programs * Demos for both Lash and Esthetics * Conduct live\-streamed classes across multiple campuses * Record lessons for training library and student access **Execute Curriculum** * Follow structured lesson plans exactly as provided * Maintain consistency across all student cohorts * Ensure standardized delivery of all educational content **Student Engagement** * Teach with clarity, confidence, and professionalism * Maintain strong classroom engagement and participation * Break down complex topics into clear, understandable instruction **Progress Monitoring** * Identify students who may be falling behind * Communicate with on\-site staff to support student success * Maintain proper pacing of curriculum delivery **Role Scope (What This Position Does Not Include)** * Managing clinic floor operations * Creating or modifying curriculum * Handling administrative or enrollment tasks * Adjusting lesson structure outside of approved curriculum This is a curriculum delivery role, not a curriculum design or operations role. **Qualifications** * Experience in lash artistry and esthetics * Previous teaching, training, or coaching experience preferred * Strong communication and presentation skills * Comfortable using virtual platforms (Zoom or similar) * Professional, reliable, and detail\-oriented **Requirements** * Ability to follow curriculum exactly as provided * Consistent schedule adherence and punctuality * Strong on\-camera presence and confidence * Willingness to accept feedback and maintain company standards **Compensation** * Competitive salary based on experience * Performance\-based bonus opportunities * Advancement opportunities within a growing multi\-campus academy **Why Join 3D Lash \& Brow Academy** * Be part of a structured, system\-driven educational environment * Contribute to a growing multi\-location beauty academy * Play a key role in delivering consistent, high\-quality education * Opportunity to impact student success at scale Pay: $45,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
