**Job Summary** We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Account Manager to join our growing team! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive business growth. This position offers an exciting chance to leverage your sales expertise, especially in B2B (business\-to\-business) sales, technology sales, and customer service, to make a meaningful impact on our clients’ success. **Responsibilities** * Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized service * Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling, to generate new leads and expand existing accounts * Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipeline activities, and ensure accurate record\-keeping * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and retention * Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits clearly to clients * Manage inside sales activities by qualifying prospects, conducting telemarketing efforts, and closing deals efficiently * Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally * Identify opportunities for business development within existing accounts and target new markets effectively **Experience** * Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or inside sales roles with a focus on customer engagement and business growth * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing client relationships * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable * Knowledge of marketing strategies that support lead generation and customer retention * Ability to understand technical product details and convey them effectively during sales conversations Join us as an Account Manager where your energetic drive and strategic mindset will propel your career forward!
